Cabaret Noir!
How boring would life be if we didn't have boys and girls on this planet who can and will put on an outrageous outfit, throw on some impossibly long fake eyelashes, roll around in a tub of glitter, and then hop on stage and be funny, and talented and entertaining? I say thank goodness we have burlesque performers and drag performers! And thank goodness there are some in Seattle.
Cabaret Noir is a cabaret show of some of the best burlesque, cabaret, and drag performers in Seattle. I haven't even seen the show yet, but, um, wow, this ongoing event looks friggin' awesome.
There will be a rotating cast of performers at Cabaret Noir which will take place in downtown Seattle every Friday and Saturday at 10pm starting tonight through May 9. A taste of what to expect:
